I found the gmatpill course materials with course content to get highest score possilbe on gmat ,i.e, 750 + with 90 percentile result.
You can download the ebook from the following website for free:

Download Main part----http://ge.tt/4DaxnrJ1/v/0?c
Download zip part 1---http://ge.tt/3kwYorJ1/v/0?c
Download zip part 2---http://ge.tt/5BDPprJ1/v/0?c
Download zip part 3---http://ge.tt/6D9DsrJ1/v/0?c
After finished downloading all the 4 files. Put it together in one folder. Then click on the main part zip file and extract using the winzip software. Remember, you need to right click on the main zip file and then click extract to here/folder name.
Also get the official guide to gmat 13th edition, 12th edition, 11th edition here.
